It was our last day of the trip. we arrived pretty late. The staff was amazing both on arrival even though it was pretty late and in the morning was very nice even though it was very early. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was big and equipped with al the needed facilities. Clean, nice, but unfortunately our stay was very short. We'll keep this hotel for the next time for sure.

The place was very clean, BF was delicious, we had a very comfortable stay. Was surprised with a handwritten note and a gift of a bottle of wine from the owner, amazing, thank you. Most of all, the staff, Kathy, was very helpful, warm and efficient. She is a real asset to the Organisation. Her young assistant was friendly and helpful too. We love the room and the property very much from the interior decoration to the big and comfortable bed. The breakfast area is so lovely like out of the magazine picture perfect with nice spread of homemade breakfast stuff (bread, eggs cooked to your likes, yogurt, jams). The view from the breakfast nook over Val d’orcia is very charming. we feel that the owners are thoughtful about all the details and it really delivers a perfect cozy staying experience for us, wish we could come back next time
