Everything about the hotel was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice, it is 10x more beautiful in person. The staff were so helpful and were there to answer any questions. Breakfast was 10/10!

The hotel was in a great location. It was possible to walk into Sorrento in about 20 minutes, or there was a regular, free shuttle bus. The pool was lovely. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

I do not think we can fault this hotel it did everything we had hoped it would when booking. The building and grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The staff were charming, welcoming and genuine. The food was fantastic. Our flight out was delayed the Hotel helped us to sort out our transfer and when we checked in in the early hours Guessepie greeted us immaculately dress which a welcoming smile
