Spectacularly beautiful “old world “ charm.
The concierge, Giuseppe, is the best we have ever encountered. He takes great care of his guests. We loved everything about this hotel.

It was within easy walk of Sorrento. There are some lovely restaurants. Il Ruttin is a lovely restaurant with great food and very friendly staff. We had the nicest ever pancakes in Lapillo! Not to be missed.
Close to Sorrento but much more relaxed and quieter. Train station connecting to Sorrento is only a short walk away

This area is only a short train or bus ride to Sorrento. Away from the hustle and bustle.
A neat and tidy area. Great supermarket close to the train and bus stop.
The views of the small harbour and gardens are pretty special. Walk around the area and you will find a great variety of houses. If you decide to walk in to Sorrento stay close to the coast and you will appreciate just how special this place is...

That took you to sorrento. 5 minute train trip .
Bit of a steep walk down to the port but there is a lift that takes you down to the swimming areas, then a short walk along to the ferries.
Trips along the Amalfi coast and out to Capri island. Nice steak restaurant in Sant'Agnello.

It is great if you have a means of transport to go to Amalfi. If not, it is better to stay in Sorrento to catch the bus in the first stop. Otherwise the bus doesn't even stop in Sant'Agnello, when it is full.

Very handy for trains and buses to Sorrento (minutes away), as well as for trains to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. It is much quieter, less crowded and less touristy than nearby Sorrento. There are a small number of very good restaurants, but does lack the variety of restaurants, shops and nightlife that nearby Sorrento offers. However, trains between Sant' Agnello and Sorrento run until 10pm at night and are also only about a 30 minute walk apart.

Absolutely everything was 10/10. The staff are so wonderful and accommodating, all the recommendations and the boat trip that Gabrielle booked for us were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, so many options. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel Villa Garden made our stay in Sorrento unforgettable and we will most definitely be back next year. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay in Sorrento, it was wonderful. See you soon!
Hotel is in a perfect location. The courtesy bus to Sorrento is a very welcome feature. The staff are so very friendly and helpful - they even organised a little bag of food for us on our very early morning departure. Any issues (such as requiring batteries to operate the room safe) were dealt with promptly. Breakfast was fine and plentiful. Rooms are very clean and were visited each day by the cleaning staff.
Marco was so welcoming and incredibly attentive and helpful with anything we needed! Hotel was super clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Amazing location, lovely restaurants nearby, close to train station, walkable distance into the centre of sorrento. Highly recommend!
Our host had a problem with the appartment before our arrival. She arranged alternative accommodation in Sorrento in a 4* hotel . We were very happy there. Our review reflects our stay in the hotel.
The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, breakfasts were tasty, the location was convenient (very close to the Circumvesuviana station). Close to Sorrento.
