This old monastery has been taken care of so well by Tullia. She has clearly put a lot of work into restoring it and highlighting it’s beauty. I couldn’t take enough pictures of it—it was just that stunning! Tullia herself was just lovely, warm, and welcoming. The property is also right behind the town’s grocery store and it’s bar/restaurant/coffee shop where we got pizza and wine the night of our arrival. The room was expansive with soaring ceilings and a full kitchen we could have used to make an awesome meal had we planned a bit better!

The area itself was amazing even though we got there on rainy days we had great time exploring the less touristic parts of Italy. The stay itself was in a gorgeous villa and we had fun just walking around it. But best of all was the hostess Angela. Who was very nice, made us awesome breakfast and dinner, and helped us out in finding out what to do in the area. She really made the stay excess the expectations in our opinion Oh and Oliver (the dog) deserves a mentor as well!
