The theme of the B&B is fun--Bronte Sisters. Nice location, easy walking, and comfortable room. There are plenty of books to read in several different languages. The host was kind and helpful. The beds were good, the A/C worked perfectly. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us and our luggage.

Excellent location just outside the old centre gate. Right next to a spacious and available parking. The room was located in very charming italian villa with high ceilings and wooden doors.

Lovely large room and bathroom in a very nice villa setting. Everything was immaculately clean, the heater was working nicely on a chilly November day… huge comfortable bed, modern decor, excellent linens. Provided were a small fridge, coffee pods (coffee maker in the entrance). Instructions on how to get in given by the host were easy to follow. I parked right in front of the house on the street.

The walled town of Soave is very beautiful and teems with local life - weddings, christenings in the central church, people enjoying aperitifs and drinks with friends. Lots of artisan shops, bakery and gelato. The surrounding scenery of the large castle, endless vineyards and local walks make this a very special stop in between the larger towns of Verona, Padua and Venice.

Quaint little town with cute shops, a very interesting Castle and great people and food.
We had a great lunch at Locanda Ai Capitelli which is where we stayed. They have an amazing staff and a great breakfast. We took a tour of the Castle which was quite interesting. We also did some great shopping at their unique stores and visited the church.

I stayed in a double room and it was perfect for sharing. Homely and everything we required. Others in the family loved their rooms / apartments also. Everyone was very happy. Sara and Christian were perfect hosts.

Beautiful medieval town with a lot of nice places, historic monuments, traditional markets, lot of wine makers offering degustation and selling excellent wines. A lot to see and one visit is not enough.

Soave is quaint and has a beautiful castle.
Soave is quaint and has a beautiful castle.
Moreover it's near Malcesine, a medieval town worth visiting and the spectacular Vittoriale degli Italiani (the villa and park belonging to famous poet Gabriel D'Annunzio)

We so enjoyed the small hotel Locanda Lo Scudo very much indeed. It is a restaurant with rooms, only four. The staff were charming and spoke excellent English, all of them. We were offered a glass of Soave on arrival. The room was delightful and had windows looking across to the city wall.
Checkin was at 6pm as the Lo Scudo restaurant is closed until this time. There is ample free parking opposite the property and a very good, large Soave cantina cooperative for wine tasting next to the . We arrived a little early and had a fabulous visit there tasting and buying some wine.
We had a delicious meal in the restaurant that night. There was a plentiful buffet breakfast in the morning. Coffee machine and water was in the room.

We stayed at the newly renovated building, which was amazing. Everything was new, there is even an elevator in case it is needed. The staff is super friendly, the wine tasting is a must go experience, breakfast has good options and the pool is just perfect. The location is the best you can get in that region. Calm but by car it takes 3 min to Soave, 20 to Verona and 25 to Vicenza. 100% recommended!
Soave is a gem and this place is just the cherry on top! Lovely hosts and perfect location - feels like you have traveled back in time in the romantic way imaginable! The rooms is decorated with a lot of style and you have absolutely everything you might need just waiting for you there - from a toothbrush to beer ☺️
The hotel is in a superb location just opposite the bus stop (really handy if travelling by bus from Verona) and just outside Soave's city wall. The hotel has is very clean and has all the facilities you would expect. I turned up early and there was no problem in booking in early. The breakfast was really nice.
