The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We arrived late and they were able to squeeze us into their very popular Trattoria. Our kids were exhausted and they made them dinner and brought it up to our room. They did the same thing for breakfast the next day. The family room was large and clean. We were only there for the night, but wished we could have stayed longer.

Everything was exactly like in the pictures. Cozy and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The village is very nice and peaceful. Very nice, kind and helpful stuff. We went visiting Sirmione, Lake Garda and it was at just 20 min’ from the hotel with the car. The hotel had private parking and perfect value for money if you want to stay in a quite place far from the hustle and bustle of tourist points.

We had an absolutely fabulous time with our stay at this property. The property itself was very beautiful, the rooms were spacious and sparkly clear. The pool area was amazing, and overall the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough

We stayed for 3 nights in DeLax and had an amazing stay. Alessandro was a wonderful host, he provided a nice breakfast and gave recommendations for the area. The room was simply amazing: very comfortable bed, clean and well equipped bathroom in a quiet atmosphere. We would recommend it to everyone!

The place is great. Very beautiful green areas and gardens. Nice buildings. Not too beautiful rooms, very old style and need some refurbishing. Also some things are missing, like an iron and a phone to call reception. There is no room service apparently. Friendly staff at hotel. Less friendly at the pool and restaurant.
