This is one of the best stays of our lives. The flat is amazing, Flavia is the perfect host. I wish I could everything higher marks. I cannot recommend this place and the people that live and work their enough!

The hotel was small and intimate. The vista was incredible and the facilities- the pool spa and hot tubs were beautifully kept and clean. Food was exceptionally good.

+ Room was comfortable and wonderfully peaceful with lake view from the small balcony + The old architecture was preserved amidst modern facilities + Courtyard was a pleasant afternoon sun-trap + Anna was an excellent hostess - always attentive + Martha, student working as a waitress, was absolutely delightful and attentive + Food was excellent and well priced + Excellent wine list and good quality local wines by the glass + Private car parking - Shower has nowhere to put toiletries. As other reviews, it simply needs a shelf - Glass tumblers needed in the rooms - not cardboard or plastic - No tea or coffee making facility in the room - Fridge non-functioning

The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel is in a perfect position for trekking in the mountains above Lago d'Iseo and is very quiet. The restaurant and pizzaria are outstanding.
