The location. The room was very clean, nice big bed.

Great place to stay alone and with a family. If skiing (my case) it's just the matter of several minutes with ski-bus or car to the nearest ski lift taking you to the entire ski area of Temu, Ponte di Legno and Passo Tonale. The accommodation itself is really charming and worm (I was in Dec/Jan). Be aware the WC and showers (very clean!) are outside and need be reached walking 50 meters. Decent selection of DVDs available. The stuff is extremally helpful and flexible. Special thanks to Antonio for his kindness and going way beyond the agreed items.

It is very close to ski lifts. Owners are very nice people living upstairs, ready to help in case of a problem. Easy parking next to apartment.

Great location (500 m walk to the slope, 100 m nearest restaurant and shop), squeaky clean, well equiped kitchen, amazing and helpful host. Definitely coming back.

Unprofessional staff and hotel manager. We were robbed in our room and hotel manager didn’t do any action to solve this. At first they explain this never happened before, but after a while it turned out this had happened quite times. They also lied to us that they called police as we asked to, but they didn’t and we had to do it by ourselves. After that they acted offended like they are the victims instead of us. It was very unpleasant. Further more we believe they didn’t want to warm up hot tube as revenge. To sum up we don’t have nice memories from this place.
