The location was directly across from the beach. Our room views were amazing from our Jr. Suite that had a small balcony. Hilaria from the front desk was very helpful and also made our drinks for us! Guissepe was also great, sharing interesting information about Termoli. The young woman (forget her name) was so cheerful and spoke perfect English! A big bonus was onsite an on-site parking garage!

Breakfast, location close to town. Town was way more fun than we expected too!
Enjoy a more independent holiday experience at Residenza Sveva. Try the new ‘albergo diffuso’ concept, where hotel rooms and facilities are spread around the town, in 4 central locations.
Just a 5-minute walk from Rio Vivo beach and 0.6 miles from Sant'Antonio beach, La casa di Lelè - BIKE CLUB - features accommodations in Termoli, with a shared lounge.

The room was nice, large, updated and clean. There is a lounge, kitchen, dinning area which is shared with the other room(s), but we spent our time in town or in our room as it was large and had the most amazing sea view. There was a drying rack available on the patio that was great for our wet clothes. Located at the end of a short dead-end quiet street, free street parking - we found a spot right outside the front door. Location is in a local residential area, but is within walking distance - maybe 5 blocks - to the tourist/shopping area.
The beach, the Microbar and numerous places to eat.
The beach, the Microbar and numerous places to eat. For 10euro you can get an excellent tuna or greek salad on the beach at lunchtime and the port is beautiful if you are lucky you can see the fishermen come in with their catch. Termoli is small but well worth a few days of your holiday specially if you walk round the castle and see the old streets with the tiny fishermens houses.

Beautiful city, it was a very nice surprise for us.
Beautiful city, it was a very nice surprise for us. We stayed two days in total instead of one night only because our ferry to Tremiti was cancelled due to bad sea waves. So we had the chance to see more of this great city and it was a very nice surprise indeed. The city centre is very clean, monuments and streets nicely maintained and presented. We stayed in the historic centre, everything is easily reachable by walking distance. The castle and other museums were open till late night (perfect to explore after dinner). Several restaurants and bars for aperitivo and/or dinner with great menus and good prices. We recommend Spirito Divino for an aperitivo by the seaside overlooking the sunset. And Vecchio Stampo for an excellent meat dinner.
The seaside and beach are beautiful, I would suggest to go to Cala Sveva beach club, or to the free beach just nearby.

Termoli is very pretty but over the past 40 years has changed in as much as the service when ordering a meal is awful there is only fish on the menus and no pasta or meat, so best to get a studio or apartment so that you can cook yourself. Only place that has never changed is the Micro bar, service with a smile at all time. Also on the beach you can buy a fantastic salad for 10 Euro's.

It was horrible, I felt unsafe , the beach was dirty, i would never go back. The apartment owner deducted funds from our account for a damaged hotplate in the kitchen, which was not damaged when we vacated the property, then was impossible to contact this to discussed, they were a bunch of criminals and would never recommend them

We arrived in late September for one night enroute between Bologna and Lecce. Most of the beach activities had closed for the season but it was still warm and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean.
The old city was charming and a delight to walk around. If we are ever lucky enough to go back to Termoli we will stay two nights or if it is high summer three or four nights.

We really enjoyed Termoli.
We really enjoyed Termoli. It was a very charming town with wonderful coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. The clothing stores were wonderful too! Our host at our rental met with us and gave us a beautiful room with a nice beach view. The room was very comfortable too. We had a wonderful time and experience in Termoli!

Not a great breakfast … very disappointing!
Time for breakfast 7.30 - 9.30 … really !! Not great for holiday makers.
Buffet breakfast, but you were not aloud to touch anything and had to ask the waitress for what you wanted … very strange ! I like to choice my own breakfast as I please like every other hotel we have stayed at in all of Italy.
On our second day we chose not to have breakfast in this hotel and enjoyed a delicious pastry, fresh and coffe at a local bar
We slept well, the bed was big and comfortable. All the staff was great and helpful. The hotel is old, but it has a '70 style very different to find around, you feel like in a Kubrick movie.
Perfect location, close to everything: station, seaside, restaurants, free parking places.
A great little studio apartment with everything you need for a great holiday a few yards from my families home which was fully occupied with so many of us visiting together. A short walk from everything in Termoli highly recommended for 3 or 4 people.
The advanced registration of ID documents they offered saved time at arrival. Very handy. The hotel was very clean. Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Excellent location and friendly staff. Will definitely return.
By far one of rhe best hotels I have ever stayed in.Well worth it and right in the cener of town. Lots of parking and the rooms were spotless..
I will definately be returning
