Amazing views. Had great time. Quiet room. Very family oriented. Amazing, kind and attentive staff. Plenty of things to see and do. Great saunas and nice pool with outside swim out area. Tennis, ping pong are for free. Bike rentals free. Loved it. We’ll be back to experience a different season

I can't imagine a better location, especially if you're driving - or arriving by train for that matter. The hotel has underground parking (11 euros I think), but it's also just a short distance from the train station (yet I never heard a train, which is great). We drove. The one-way streets make it a little awkward getting in and out, but the roads were wide and easy to navigate. During our 7 nights, we took one day trip to Bolzano and St. John's church north of Trento. But we also had to drive to the other side of town to rent a car seat (which the hotel told us about) so our friends could join with their toddler. So we came and went a few times. Very manageable. The room was spacious and had traditional charm. The bed was extremely firm (like sleeping on a futon), but there was plenty of space for luggage, as well as a kettle and instant coffee. Mini fridge as well. Our view was toward the Old Town, which was pretty enough. But trucks collected glass late at night and early in the morning, seemingly right outside our window. With the window open for spring weather, it definitely woke us up. I would probably try to face the park next time. The front desk staff was amazing. They spoke excellent English, were very friendly, and even found out the age of the beautiful Japanese Maples in front of the hotel. I forgot to take a photo, but I'll include the wisteria just across the street. The staff also helped us find a place to rent a car seat when we emailed before our stay. Just really great customer service. The breakfast staff wasn't nearly as friendly. There was the same gruff man at a desk each morning, randomly deciding who could sit in the formal restaurant (which is beautiful). Most people are ushered (without choice) to the little breakfast nook, which is crowded and hectic because that's where the buffet is. On one very crowded day, we were "allowed" to sit in the formal dining area. It really is a beautiful space.

The hotel Is really nice and cosy. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast and the breakfast room were really good and nice. The position is also attached to the town center so it is easy to reach everything by walking.

The rooms were spacious, the breakfast had excellent options and the underground parking was very convenient. I liked the design of the hotel and the staff were very friendly, with a 24H front desk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

The room was compact and they had a very hot water.

Convenient location

the accommodations were great! spacious rooms. secure. big bathrooms. safe in the room. they made up the room every night and provided fresh linens. owner and son were amazing helped us get transportation to go to day trips with hotel as a hub.

Very clean and the everyone are very friendly to us. The food is awesome. Fresh air and vivid sights of views plus vineyards are amazing. I love it.

Everything! Very kind staffs, excellent facilities, delicious breakfast and dinner, spacious room, impressive view!!! Specially sauna facilities are beyond my expectations. And the location is also very good for trekkers. Various routes for trekking nearby. We will come back in the near future.

The location was great! We had a room on the third floor with amazing mountain view! Outside of the hotel was a beautiful terrace and nice tour walks towards the mountains. Nature was magnificent! Spa was good, two sauna, turkish bath, relaxing area and the pool with warm water. Parking was accessible and free. The staff was friendly and polite.
