I had booked the hotel for 2 adults and two kids but the room did not have a baby crib added although the lady at reception told us crib was already in the room. Also, towels, body wash was just kept for 2 people. However when I stayed in the same hotel a week ago, they did have everything arranged for 4 people along with the crib. I paid for one night more than the cost I paid for 3 nights previously and still arrangement was bad

The staff were fantastic and the rooms are very spacious with all necessary amenities. There was a bar on site and the area was relatively quiet with great connections to the center and great cafes close by. The only complaint would be that the room floor was not completely clean but I would still recommend.

Probably the best bed and pillows we had in any trip we've ever made. Room size was adequate, bathroom was good and the whole experience was comfortable. The parking spot is inside the property, secured by an automatic gate and watched over 24/7, so that was good. Also, they let us leave the car even after we had checked out, which was great because we had a late night flight back home. The location is perfect, just in front of the entrance to the subway, in a line that quickly leads to the Duomo.
