Amazing scenic location, spectacular views.
Onsite free parking.
The hotel is located between Naples and Sorrento off the main road. Vico Equense is a pretty town which is accessible by foot, car or train. The hotel does have a courtesy bus to take guests into town. However if you do it independently, the train is easy as it’s a 5 minute walk down the road and only 1 stop. Sorrento is also accessible from the same station making it a stress free day, avoiding traffic and parking. Be mindful when using the public transport of pick pockets!
I recently stayed at the hotel for a wedding and the food was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location to celebrate any occasion.
Located in Vico Equense, 10 miles from Marina di Puolo, Laqua Countryside provides accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant.

It's hard to describe this place in words. An immaculate hotel with a superb restaraunt. Most comfortable bed and best sleep ever, beautiful pool and yard with fruits, vegetables and herbs that are used to prepare your breakfast/dinner. We travel a lot and this was the perhaps the nicest breakfast in all our travels so far. All of the other little luxuries you can think of (espresso machine, room decoration to the smallest detail, shower etc) are of course included. We came with a baby and the staff were incredibly accomodating - such nice staff! We also had dinner in the Michelin restauarant and it was divine (we ordered a la cart, not the fixed menu).
Located in Vico Equense, 0.6 mi from the beach, Domo 20 Hotel & Rooftop features a salt-water hydromassage pool, a garden and a restaurant. The property features free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk.

The hotel is fresh and clean and bright. The service is excellent. Breakfast was way above average. Garage parking was a plus.
Overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, Grand Hotel Angiolieri has a seafront location in the village of Seiano. There is a restaurant serving Italian and international cuisine.
Half way between Pompeii and Sorrento in the Bay of Naples, Hotel Capo La Gala offers a large outdoor swimming pool and a small hydromassage pool.

Great breakfast, amazing location with the noises of waves lapping from the super calm and very transparent sea.
The lemon facial at the spa was an unbelievable experience.
Eden Bleu is set on the most beautiful beach of the entire Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. The hotel has a roof-garden with swimming pool. Rooms are typically Mediterranean.

We loved everything, the employees the location and everyone was so friendly and helpful
Just a few steps from beach and amazing food. Also just around the corner from boats to capri Amalfi and Positano
I am a very very picky person and I’m giving it a 10/10

Vico is a very interesting town steeped in history.
Vico is a very interesting town steeped in history. It was a pleasure just wandering around, especially as we were there the first part of March when it was full of the local Italians and there were few tourists. There are a lot of interesting buildings to visit within it and many more places around it to which one can go for a day out including, of course, Pompeii and Herculaneum. Travel is easy and cheap either by the Circumvesuviana train or by bus. Having been recommended 3 restaurants we stuck to them during our stay, namely: Al Buco, Al Barrio and Pizzeria da Franco. There is a fascinating small Museum of Antiquities, displaying pottery from the 6th century BC onwards and an interesting Mineralogical Museum as well. Both are free entry. All the locals were very friendly and happy to chat!

Excellent view of Vesuvio.
Excellent view of Vesuvio. Close to Sorrento and not far from Pompeii/Naples/Amalfi coast. We rented a car despite being advised against it. I have read a few reviews and they proved to be true: even in offseason, parking is difficult and very expensive. On the other hand, a car gives you freedom and time to visit more places. I do not regret renting a car - even dared to drive to Naples:-)
Sorrento: we only had a few hours to visit in the evening. It is offseason, so most restaurants are closed and the ones that are open are not very good and expensive.
Positano: avoid with car. expensive (6 euros for a fridge magnet?). Very special experience.
Amalfi: our favorite town on the coast. Easier parking, cheaper than Positano (in February).

It is a great place to stay while visiting the Amalfi coast
It is a great place to stay while visiting the Amalfi coast
Much better than Positano or Amalfi town itself as it is pretty flat and easy to walk around
Train station is in town centre and the town centre being small quite easy to get to
You can take a train to Naples or to Sorrento from here easily

Vico Equense is a small town on the bay of Naples centred...
Vico Equense is a small town on the bay of Naples centred around a headland that affords views of the bay of Naples, Vesuvius and the coast. It is a smaller place that doesn't have the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts. The place is very pretty with good shops and amenities within walking distance of most of the hotels. The price of food was relatively cheap compared to bigger towns. Vico Equense has a metro link station and a bus service to nearby Sorrento and the metro connects with Naples and Sorrento. It is quite hilly and steep in parts but the town is on the top of the cliffs. Lower down is the harbour/beach and port areas. Regular Trips run from Vico Equense to Capri so there is no need to go to Sorrento to catch the ferry. The cost in October 2024 was 43 Euros for a return ticket on on the Capri Bell Boat Trip company from the Harbour. Tickets can be purchased from the nearby ticket/boat cruise office on the Harbour front. Good value!

Cute town with lots of good restaurants.
Cute town with lots of good restaurants. Only, short train ride to Sorrento or Naples, Pompeii.
Less crowded than Sorrento, which is 15 minutes away by train. The train station is at pne end of the town, very easy walk.
I saw some YouTube videos on Vico Equense, recommended the town.

It was a great location.
It was a great location. There just so happened to be the Pizza Festival of Vico Equense during our stay. This hotel was a perfect location to the festival- walking distance (5min walk). There was tremendous traffic getting to Sorrento coast for our boat tours- it took close to 1 hr.

This place is truly amazing, but what makes it extraordinary are the people. Katryna and Ignacio are absolutely wonderful individuals—angels who ensure that every moment of your stay and your entire experience in Italy is nothing short of perfect. Always helpful, always smiling, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you both so much for this incredible time! It's a place where you feel like you're part of an Italian family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience 😊
Beautiful hotel with amazing scenery and views. Staff were really friendly and helpful. 6 of us even got stranded one evening in Vico Equense centre (the shuttle bus didn't turn up) and the hotel sorted it all out to get us collected and brought back to the hotel. Breakfast is lovely on their terrace also the pool area is great and lots of space and sun beds for everyone. They have a free shuttle bus to the beach and centre as well.
Lovely home.
We think this place second home in Italy.
Vico equence is perfect hub to travel Sorrento, Positano and Capri!
We rented a car and parked near accomodation(Host offer free parking place).
Best thing in this place is free snacks!!
We enjoyed that!!
Thank you!!
An amazing place to stay- my favourite hotel of 3 hotels we stayed at in south Italy… my favourite part is the homely feel, the farm on site and delicious fresh food cooked daily. It is truly a place to go to unwind and enjoy good food and views.
The hotel was amazing with 10/10 views, for anyone looking to go to Italy but wanting to relax this hotel is it! it’s so easy to get to the centre of sorrento with a train close by or even a short taxi trip!
