The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room furniture is a bit outdated but OK. The bathroom is really nice, with good usage of small spaces and hot water. Daily cleaning without any disturbance. Small things to be improved: - the heating was not working properly on the first night. Only a very light duvet and blanket provided and even with the air conditioning on, we still felt cold. However it was fixed the day after. - the fridge cabinet was very small but exceptionally noisy. - the cot for the extra charge is not worth it, a very old one without proper bedding. - breakfast is mostly sweet, no vegetables available. Overall, a nice hotel in a good location with great staff, but with small details to be elevated to 2025.

Location is good, in the centre of Fiuggi. The hotel is very good. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Francesco, in the spa, was very good when doing the Aufguss in the sauna and body Scrub in the Turkish bath.
