Great location (for me). 5 minutes away from our italian office and less than 5 minutes away from the city centre. The room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast was better than anticipated (and better than other hotels I stayed at near San Deniele). Will definitely use again next week.
The free car park is also appreciated.

Authentic place in small city center!
After first five minutes after arrival I was chatting with locals sitting in pizzeria.
(Pizzeria is in same building - pizzas was great)

The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. Although the apartment doesn't have a kitchen, there was a small refrigerator with yoghurts and bottled water, a coffee maker with plenty of capsules and a basket with some breakfast essentials. Spacious bathroom and closet, plenty of room. The location is perfect, right in the center of San Daniele del Friuli.

It was a fabulous stay. We arrived on Sunday, and Mónica spoke to us on the phone, and we told her the arrival time, and she was waiting for us outside on the street so that we would have no trouble finding the house. It was an apartment, larger than described and much better than the pictures on the web, tastefully renovated with many details that you hardly find in a hotel. Daniele, Mónica's partner, quickly resolved an issue with connecting my computer to the television. Both the Wi-Fi and the breakfast were very good.
