Not as bad as some ratings told, just some details spoil the overall impression. The room is looks good - it contains all the ususal equipment, it is clean and looks quite new. The self-check-in works very well. No problem with noise from the neighbourhood. It is not mentioned in the description but breakfast is included in the (very low) price. Not far away by car from Lago Maggiore.

We felt like we stayed with Santa's family for a few nights. Liliana and Tiziano were so warm and welcoming, always ready to help us with everything you need, restaurant reservations or suggestions for a good hike. Loved our chats during breakfast and the breakfast itself. Their attention to details is the cherry on top that made our stay super pleasant. Looking forward to visiting them again ❤️
