Everything was perfect! It was a home away from home with all the ammenities needed for a comfortable stay. I felt very safe and relaxed despite being there in a category 4 hurricane! The host checked on us right throughout and made sure we had all we needed. Even provided candles, matches, bottled water and flashlights. I highly recommend this Villa! Was also easy to find and the security guards were friendly and helpful.

We loved everything. Richard was the perfect host- interested and interesting. He gave us some good tips about our river raft trip on the Martha Brae. Our room was delightful. HUGE. Great bed, pillows, linens. And the breakfast he made for us (Jamaican and American) was delicious.

The location was ideal for our event, shopping, dining, entertainment and relaxing. The neighborhood was attractive and quiet. The property was very clean, well-maintained and included all amenities for a comfortable stay. WiFi excellent, parking adequate, view from rooftop deck relaxing.

Great - Great food options for vegetarian during all 3 times. Loved live food by chef Rohan in Martha's market. The kids slides pull area was great. Location of the resort is great as experienced both sunrise and sunset there.
Good - Beach was good, no rock or sargassum issues, it was bit windy and high tide and time in the beach water was limited. The pool side entertainment was good.
Bad - Several public restroom's faucets and flush were not working. Privilege services was let down compared to expectations from the experience of other resorts. It's very hard to get Mangoes in the Martha's market during lunch and dinner hours which is what we desired. Coconut is hard to get and available during certain times. We were able to go out and get coconut at reasonable price after negotiating when we wanted.
Ugly - Smoking smell in pool areas and the restaurant walkways. People don't follow all the smoking signs and there is no enforcement. There was weed smoking also and that was the most pathetic part in the family side of the resort. There is designated smoking area which is good but people do smoke in the pool area which was surprising and annoying.

Went for the luminous lagoon whichI thought could be accessed from a beach but was told only through tours 25 u.s. which is not bad but the luminous lagoon was not that impressive and none of your pictures are likely to come out so its a nice experience but don't expect pictures to take away unless you pay the 30.00 for the ones that guide took which were ok at best. we did no buy them. The host was great though. The pool was a bit dirty and a few dead cockroaches around. It was inexpensive and you can get to Dunns river falls pretty easily as well as a few other spots from here. We stayed two nights then went to Negril.

I enjoyed my stay ,the room was clean the staff were very friendly and accommodating .The view from my room was spectacular and all amenities in it worked,Television, Air condition ,ceiling fan , hot water was in the pipe. I like the fact that there was a restaurant on property, there is a petrol station close by and a convenience store. I like the location and felt safe on the property .
