We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment closer to the road which we enjoyed staying in. If you are a light sleeper than the noise may bother you but I sleep way better with noise. The beds were very comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us.
The ladies at the reception are amazing and very welcoming. The housekeepers are amazing and we loved the new bedding they put on the beds after a few days of our stay.
The service at the bar/restaurant can be a bit slow at times however the food was really good. They have happy hour every day from 12 to 2 and it gets pretty busy and hopping :)
They set up televisions in the bar for Super Bowl which was a bonus.
Dennis and Marco are gems.
The grounds are filled with beautiful plants and flowers.

The location is perfect, the facilities were fantastic, the restaurant was reasonably priced with beautiful food and all the staff were beyond friendly and helpful - special shout out to Richmond the barman, the groundsman who’s name I’ve forgotten sorry, and the young lad on the gates. I had a hot stone massage which was incredible and again the ladies in the spa were lovely.

Negril is known for its Seven mile beaches I stayed in that area only for 2 nights and spending 3 nights in Montego Bay at Catalonia, though it's beautiful for water sports activities it is far from Airport and there is lot of traffic on single roadway. I probably stay only at Montego Bay next time which is very commercialized and have similar attractons such as Occharis, Dunns river, water falls etc.

I love Jamaica in general but Negril is the best.
I love Jamaica in general but Negril is the best. Many options for lodging, from very affordable to upscale. The food is fantastic, the music is irie, and the people are friendly.
However, there is alot of poverty and sometimes there are panhandlers and swindlers. It's best to keep to your itinerary and avoid local neighborhoods if you're not well experienced.
Jamaicans overall, are proud and hard working people. I love Jamaica. 🇯🇲

After our experience at VickiTini we found another hotel...
After our experience at VickiTini we found another hotel which was able to accommodate our party at such short notice - the Skylark. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The Skylark is the sister hotel to the Rockhouse where you can relax at the pool and snorkel in pristine cove. We had a drink at the bar which is overlooking the sea. From there we went to see the lighthouse and on our way back we stopped at Rick's cafe to observe people jumping into the water from a height of 34 feet.
Our first evening in Negril we ate at Miss Lily's restaurant which is located at the Skylark. The food was delicious and the serving size of the food was huge. We told the waiting staff it was my partner's birthday and they provided a cake and sang 'Happy Birthday' to him.
The following morning we did a early morning walk along the beach and then went back to the hotel for breakfast. Which was very nice and the portiion size again was huge. For dinner our second night we decided to have some fast food, so we went to Popeye's which is located in the town centre.
Our last evening a friend of mine who lives in Negril took us to a restuarant called Vinnies, where they served local food, had a bar and also live music.
We had a car and it did not take us long to get to the different places we wanted to visit. There are route taxis that you can use, dependent on where you are staying and if you don't want venture too far you can chill out on the beach at your hotel. Where you can order food and drinks from beach staff and they will bring it to you on the beach!

There are great local beaches to experience the ocean and enjoy water activities. The local food is great and can be found everywhere. Nightlife is also great but you need someone local to take you to the popular spots that have great music and dance. It is a great place for a get away from the realities of the everyday.

The town is relatively busy.
The town is relatively busy. The beach is good and well kept. There are many off property things to do. There are also many off property local eating choices. There are new properties that are in the construction phase and will be opening soon - look out for these.

Stunning place, gives solid White Lotus vibes.
Amazing rooms, impressive main building, lovely (multiple) swimming pools, with many more places to sunbathe than there were guests.
Astonishingly comfortable (and huge) bed. Ruthless air conditioning if you want it ;)
The view from the seaside bar is something that doesn't get old - endless Caribbean sea, mixture of fishing & sailing boats and lots of seabirds.
There are a couple of nearby hotels with exceptional restaurants if you get bored of the one in the hotel.
The hostel is well situated in Negril, close to many restaurants and to the sea and not too far from Seven Mile Beach or the cliffs. We rented bicycles from a shop closeby which allowed us to go around Negril easily.
Sue and her team were really nice and quick to answer to our questions.
The guesthouse is pretty, with many different places to chill in the garden.
The location was good. Hotel and grounds well maintained. The suite was very nice, spacious, with modern furnishings. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My issues were checked and addressed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends
The Beach is exceptional. The hotel lies on Negril 7 mile white sand beach. Shallow clear water. The Coral reef a few hundred yards out ensures calm water. Great Vibe. Staff is friendly, responsive and helpful
