Richmond is a lovely property with an exellent pool, gym and opportunities to go walking. It also has a children's play area for those who have children. There is also 24 hour security who are well trained and polite. The convenience store nearby is well stocked and there is also a pharmacy and coffee shop where you can get Jamaica's famous Devon House ice cream. There are numerous restaurants nearby, local attractions such as Dunns River Falls, Dolphon Cove, and Chukka Cove. Richmond is a good area located in the North Coast of Jamaica. 15min to St. Ann's Town, 30min to Ochi, 2hr to Mandeville, 1hr to Montego Bay. Convenience store located outside the gated community. Its a fair distance from the property so usually drove to and from it. Also well served by Petrol Stations in either direction.
