The host went above and beyond. We didn't have phone service but was able to contact them and they came to get us. When we left to get supplies they made sure we had a way to contact them if we had any difficulties. I have never stayed somewhere that we felt as valued. Really amazing service.

The staff was exceptional from arrival to departure. I wish we could stay even longer just because of Ann Marie. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a treasure and She made a wonderful location and space even better.

But there was another apartment in the same complex that was beautiful customer need to be careful which one they choose

We stayed at Toby’s Resort during our honeymoon in Jamaica, and overall, we had a wonderful experience.
Check-in was smooth, although payment is made directly at the property and not through the app, so keep that in mind. The staff kindly helped us with our many bags, which was appreciated after a long day of travel.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed having a balcony with a nice view, and the TV worked great for relaxing in the evenings.
One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site restaurant and the poolside bar. The food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The whole place has a warm and welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home.
We also appreciated the security presence at the front of the property. It made us feel even safer and added an extra layer of peace of mind during our stay.
