One of our 'go to' hotels when needing to stay near Chitose airport. Parking right out front. Great shuttle service. Lovely little (womens) onsen on the ground floor, which is a nice bonus. Rooms are small but with comfy beds and soundproof. Walking distance to several good restaurants and fast food (and a mall).

Breakfast starts at 630am and airport shuttle service provided. Room ventilation is much better than the previous hotels I stayed during my trip in Hokkaido.

    Within walking distance (1min) from a convinience store. Room smelt nice and fragrant. Beds were comfortable and warmth. Sufficient space to open luggages for 3 adults and 1 kid and still walk around.

    Stay in Chitose too.

    Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

    Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back...

    Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

    The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up...

    The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

    It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

    Great hotel for those who need to stay near the airport or save some money when everything in Sapporo is fully booked during festivals. Personnel is really helpful and they speak good English - when I arrived around 11pm they called around the restaurants to check which ones are still open. Rooms are slightly more spacious than in typical Japanese hotels, and have everything you need. Breakfast is good as well. Location is about 6-7 min walk to the station, and the convenience store is next door

    Close to the airport and to some of the rental companies. Good value for a night before an early flight. Best come late and fed as there is nothing around it. We even found out that you can walk 8’ to Minn Chitose train station and hop on the rapid train to the airport which avoids the hassle to book a taxi.
