My mother & I stayed in a deluxe twin with seaview, the room was very spacious with sofa, separate bathroom and toilet. Facilities in room there are a small fridge, microwave and kettle with drip coffee bags. There is a bus stop in front of hotel with specific schedules to town and Toba Train Station.

Stunning location, great hotel, excellent staff and fabulous breakfast. But the town of Toba is run down. I wish the hotel had a walking path or boardwalk and some benches along the cliffs. Onsen is in annex which is not convenient.

Rooms need to be redecorated. The restaurant was one of the best we experienced in Japan. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional Japanese food. The staff do not speak a lot of English, but we communicated on. They were all exceptionally nice and helpful. Loved the pajamas also. Would recommend Ise and this hotel.
