The staff is mostly pretty friendly. No one there speaks English but they were very patient as we communicated through translation apps. The room was nice enough and comfortable, but it could have been a little cleaner. For what you pay you get a lot of space and amenities as compared too what you would pay closer to the center of Tokyo. I would consider staying there again if I am prepared for the location issues.

The guesthouse is located 5 minutes walk from Ryugasaki station( not Ryugasaki Shi Station ), and there is a convenient store and places to eat nearby. The guesthouse was very clean, and the manager, Ryukichi, was very friendly. He lent me a pair of bicycles, which helped me greatly.

Excellent friendly staff! Comfortable exceptionally clean room. Public bath was lovely. Breakfast is exquisite. Nice to have luggage check for our later flight. Great location. Information on the TV screen was very convenient.

Great cosy hotel with probably the biggest rooms you can find in Japanese hotels. Just a short 10 minutes train ride from Narita terminal 2-3, easy walking distance from the station. Close to lots of restaurants in the area. Nice buffet breakfast. So helpful staff members, we are very thankful for that! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
