Breakfast was a good portion, and there was convenient transit both into Fukuoka proper and to Kyushu University, which I was visiting for work. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood to get dinner at as well. The price is very competitive and affordable.

New and trendy hotel. Rooms are clean, large and well equipped. Near major tourist spots and excellent sea view. Dinning facility is lacked, only serve simple meal. There is no convenient store nearby but they have a kiosk providing bottles, cans, slakes but we were not informed when check in and missed the chance to enjoy a drink.

this place is great. very new facility, has everything you need. much nicer than i expected. 7-11 across the street and you can use huge public bathhouse across the street for free. staff is great and very professional. definitely recommend.
