I stayed in a RIZE room, and according to the sleep tracker, it was 2 hours more than normal, so I think it worked.
The free breakfast that comes with the room is buffet style, and I think it is pretty amazing that they serve branded rice “Sasanishiki”!
I would stay there again.

The hotel and the room are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is high quality with local cuisine; however, the options remains the same everyday and they aren't many. Overall, the staying in the hotel is excellent.
