The property is modern, contemporary and clean. With a wonderfully calm atmosphere and great views of the near by hills and river. Each room has its own onsen on the balcony. The staff are friendly and so helpful. They even called ahead for us to see if some things we wanted to do were open. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent value for money in a beautiful building. Staff were so kind and helpful! Rooms were spacious, clean. Onsens so beautiful. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was delicious!

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Had a bit of difficulty finding where I needed to go the next dayK so they helped me find my way: When I came out of the onsen they gave me a printed explanation of the direction I needed to go and also in my own Dutch language. The effort the staff was doing really made me put a smile on my face

It was so peaceful and relaxed. Tami is a true artist and has created an amazing workspace and I am so glad that I chose here rather than staying in a conventional hotel and hiding away in my room …there was always someone to chat to downstairs or I could escape and study upstairs. I met so many wonderful people and Tami San was exceptional. She cooked me nabe on my last night there.
