I think that for a guesthouse it met all of my expectations. The curtains were very good at keeping out the light in the communal room, and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy for Japanese and English speakers and perhaps additional languages provided.

Good location with good Onsen nothing too complain , we got pm2.5 measurement meter it was zero in the room so the hotel has very good fresh air to breath hard to find now a day , love Yamanashi !!!
