The location is conveniently close to the Machida station. The people at the reception are very friendly. I came from France and arrived at 10 am and I was lucky to be given a room early despite an official check-in time at 3 pm. The room was small but with a bed slighly larger than a single bed. There was many available free toiletries, tea bags and coffee in the lobby, with a kettle in the room.

This is my first time in Japan, so my comments are my thoughts for this particular location. I feel that it gave me an extremely authentic local experience. It wasn’t fancy. The breakfast is home cooked which was really neat to experience. Everything was just regular, simple and great value.

The location is not busy but at the same time not so far from the center, so I would say it's well located. We enjoyed the breakfast, very good curry and overall, a lot of choices from different bread offerings to salad bar and various drink options.

I decided not to have breakfast as the shopping centre offered all the food I required. I loved the walking to Grandberry Shopping Centre...very easy and convenient

Parking was convenient. Easy to find. Very nice amenities. Interior was very nicely designed. Very spacious room.
