The room was okay and had some basics to get us by. No smell of sewage (as previous reviews mentioned) but we was on 7th floor and could hear the noise from outside. At one point, I thought I was sleeping outside with how loud it was. What would’ve been useful were recommendations of nearby breakfast places, or at least some cutlery so we could have something substantial in our hotel room. There is a nearby 7-11 to save you for breakfast, but a hotel should provide breakfast in the cost or charge extra for breakfast. The Chinese restaurant was not open at the time of staying, and they didn’t offer an alternate incentive for their customers.
In addition, the staff were very nonchalant and did not care for us as customers. There was hardly anyone at the desk most times we went in and out of the hotel.
Upon reflection, I would not stay again.

The place is quite furnished, basic needs are provided. The manager at the counter was very kind to inform me of all the things I needed to know. The shower room is great, neat and simple.

Location. It’s just a stone throw away from Sakai Station which has direct connection to/from the airport and Dotonbori (Namba). Just be sure to catch the last train, otherwise it’s going to be an expensive taxi ride to the hotel.
Helpful Staff. They assisted in sending my luggage to my next hotel allowing me to have a hands-free travel from Osaka to Shizuoka.
Value for Money. For an additional 1000 yen per hour, you can do early check in if a room is available.
