The hotel is in a quiet part of the city. Although the room was old, it was everything I needed: clean, perfect for a solo traveller, and comfortable. Laundry was 300 JPN per load, but this included detergent, which was very convenient. Staff were really friendly.

We had a corner room with a view of Mt Fuji and a tatami sitting area with western beds. I contacted the hotel ahead of time regarding a gluten-free meal for my husband. The hotel was very responsive. They assured me that it was not a problem. We had a dinner reservation. When we showed up. The staff were very prepared and provided GF options and even a list with allergy information for breakfast. We were blown away. The hotel is right next to the train station and very close to a park and shrine. The front desk staff helped us ship our luggage. Everyone was very nice. The best part was the onsen with a view of sunset and Mt. Fuji. It's a great overnight stay. Highly recommend it.

Very convenient as close to train station The hotel was clean and comfortable bed and loved humidifier as I damaged my throat at other hotel room was so dry Long wait for elevator when it busy time Try to use Canadian Visa debit card to pay for the room charge the machine couldn’t accept it End up I have to run to 7 Eleven to get cash I was using this card entire trip Only this hotel couldn’t accepted It was so strange! If there is no 7eleven I have no place to stay that night😱

Close to the station. I was able to book the room last minute because i missed the last bus. Staff spoke decent english to explain everything to me. Free water and fruit juice, offered breakfast options. Nearby lots of restaurants and a girls bar.
