We had a very enjoyable stay at Loquat and the team were unbelievable good. The dinner was simply amazing and we were caught by surprise how good it was! Would highly recommend staying here for a more authentic Japanese experience. (We are Australians btw)

We had an incredible stay in this ryokan. Tucked away in a small village in Izu peninsula, it offers quiet charm and great views onto the river. Dinner and breakfast on the river is highly recommended, a great experience! The ryokan rooms were spacious, with comfortable futon beds. There were 4 private onsens in the ryokan and also public ones, and we had no problem reserving them on site.
