Smelled of cigarettes and had chips on the wall. They charged me for breakfast and did not mention it only limited items with Japanese food only. No Restraunt or room service at any given time: they don’t even provide water. Please do not consider

Amazing staff, they helped us out with storing our bags before and after the stay. Shuttle service helped out my group of 11. Very memorable stay and great location easy to walk anywhere and public and private hot springs were perfect and the views of Mt. Fuji were nice.

It was good for a night. The location is good. The room was spacious and clean the onsen was great and the breakfast was amazing.
If you want to get a view of Mt. Fuji suggest getting a room that does not have a view of the lake.
