Like:
-location in front of the sea the children played a lot
-The onsen at the rooftop was beautiful
-the futon were comfy
-The staff very polite and smiley they gave 2 fish ballon for my children when we arrived
-free parking in front of the hotel
-at the 2nd floor free drink this was amazing + a lot of toys for the kids to play
Dislike:
-the breakfast yen 2500 adult Japanese style wasn’t amazing but the taste was good.
-WIFI terrible it never worked
-if you do not come by car you do not have so much around no izakaya or bar by car everything is by 5-10 minutes supermarket, restaurant etc
-for a 5 stars I had to put my luggage’s by myself and bring it to my bedroom I think for a 5 stars they should have somebody to do that

Rise was the perfect host, extremely nice and kind, he took time to show us in detail his house and entertained us with interesting and funny anecdotes about his city/region. Located in a quiet area, Rise's house is a traditional and warmfull house with modern comfort, making us feel at home but without the inconveniences of domestic tasks !
Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to visit nor attend the various activities in Nishio due to our short stay.
