The room we got is from garden wing building. The facility looks way older than photos show on this website. Like many other reviews said the whole corridor is full of smoke smell. Even the property say is non smoking. The carpets are worn out. Part of the lobby and restaurant area and onsen area is renovated , so it got its bright side.
The onsen is not free for hotel guests. You get half price off the entrance fee , which is not mentioned on this website or any of the photos posted here either. So beware to be asked to pay when you at the onsen. We didn't know until we are there. Or they charge to your room.
Breakfast got many choices. Which is good.
I saw shuttle bus available also. Which is good.
Parking can get reimburse at the front desk for hotel guests.
A 5-minute walk from Keisei-Narita Station and a 10-minute train ride from Narita Airport, the modern Richmond Hotel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi, an LCD satellite TV and video-on-demand movies.
