It is a super big Japanese traditional house. There is a large balcony on the second floor that can be used for drying clothes. A lot of stars can be seen at night. お婆さん was nice.

it’s a big private house located on a hill where we can have the private area and sea view by ourselves. The rooms are spacious and comfortably accommodate 6 adults, however it will be good if they can accept more guests since the house itself is very spacious and clean. Basic amenity is provided, additional of simple coffee or teabags will make it better. I like it where we can have our fun time there with a good view.

When I booked this I did not realize there was an onsen on the roof with views of the water. I just saw the affordable off-season price and was in the area. So it vastly exceeded my expectations. Staff were generally very nice and tolerant of my poor Japanese skills, though some were less tolerant than others. (Not holding that against them as a visitor here). I think every room has a view of the sea, it was beyond charming.
They also rent out e-bikes, which I did for one day. Essential for getting around the island as the buses do not run frequently.

I loved the view from the room and the proximity to the Olive Park. It was easy to find, comfortable and clean. It was also larger than a typical hotel room. The hostess was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay at Sen Guesthouse. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated. Love the view of the sea. I was a little apprehensive about the steep steps but it was manageable and the hosts helped me with the luggage. I was able to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Mathew San gave me great information for my ongoing trip. Thank you Nori San for the sweater! Hope to come back again!
