Nishi Shinjuku Station was really close with a 7/11 in the basement, bakery next door , which was super handy . Lots of little eateries nearby 20min walk to Shinjuku. Really clean hotel , comfortable rooms, but tight for luggage but a generous sized shower/ bathroom . Lovely freebies in the 1st floor and staff super helpful - there’s a luggage drop service too. Nice to be slightly outside the craziness .
Opened in August 2014, this hotel is located just a 3-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station, offering direct access to Harajuku, Shibuya and Akihabara areas, all within a 20-minute train ride.

We stayed in the twin room 25 sq and there was hardly a storage space
When it was raining the rain fall on a part of the window and made a very loud noise that I’m sure that others guests complained and that should have been solved
Also the room was very cold all the time like the windows don’t have any isolation
The cost of the breakfast was a bit higher to what was served and for that price you would expect to have a late coffee but they only had an espresso machine and a regular coffee
The staff was very friendly and polite
The location is great very close to Shinjuku station and Shinjuku tourist parts and there are many restaurants near by

We didn’t like much. Localisation is OK but not ideal either. Rooms are clean but that’s pretty much it.

Excellent rooms, well equipped for a comfortable stay. Staff are happy to accommodate requests for extra pillows etc and help with information. 24 hour check in made navigating the city to the hotel less stressful as first time visitors.Situated in the perfect location to traverse the city's many adventures on offer. Beautiful view of Shibuya Scramble from multiple points including our hotel room which was very special! Would recommend staying here for an upscale, comfortable Tokyo experience.

The room is tiny which is expected from Tokyo although it was actually difficult for two people to pass each other in there. The air con wasn’t working and the room was boiling, when we queried with the hotel staff they were just really rude and unhelpful. I would say that tainted the stay as otherwise I would have rated higher. Located right next to a station which is ideal.
