There’s nothing wrong with the hotel, so I have nothing to complain about, however when compared to some competitors the price is a bit higher and I couldn’t really see what I was getting for the extra $. The entertainment system in the room is good, but I never hang around in rooms when traveling, so maybe that’s lost on me. The staff were friendly and nice.

Not as bad as some other comments would suggest. For me everything was fine and nothing major to complain about.

Great for kids that love trains cos the hotel is right next to the rail tracks. My son loved the room so much cos he could see the trains passing all the time. Even the dinning hall has a view of trains. Location is so good, good for both public and private transport. There’s a parking log too.

Although it was cosy, it was cleaned, equipped and customer service was great. I would recommend this for short term stay.

There was a variety of Japanese breakfast items, rice, 3 kinds of soup, and scrambled eggs. Coffee and tea were available. Breakfast was buffet style but at much smaller scale.
