Comfortable room, plenty of parking which makes this a good base for making day trips in the area. Nice public bath with a hot water temperature (44 degrees each time I went). Staff very helpful. The room has all facilities. Excellent pricing.

Great location next to train/bus station with good connections to Kyoto and Osaka. Lots of restaurants around,18 mins walk to Hikone Castle. Smaller air conditioned room but good enough for a couple,cleaned every day also we have had fresh towels daily. Complementary breakfast with various dishes. Laundry room (easy to use and cheap) also vending machines on the same floor.
Staff were very friendly,helpful and polite. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for not expensive and very good hotel.
