Staff were extremely pleasant and went above and beyond. Breakfast was great with a nice variety. I would have liked to try dinner but I got the room deal that didn't include it. Room is very spacious with a great view of the sea and several islands of Matsushima.

A perfect place to stay for a group. Spacious, clean, comfortable and comes with all the necessity. I really love the full kitchen and living area although a single toilet and bathroom pose some problem but still manageable.
