It’s more of a summer chalet so it was really cold in winter in the toilets. But they were very kind to give us an extra heater in there. Thank you so much. We loved that we had snow all around us and our kids played in the woods and snow all day. There was no snow in Karuizawa and it only snowed at higher altitudes where we were so we felt lucky. The house was very clean and we had a lot of towels.

The room was big and had a view of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen was a big advantage as we were travelling with a 1 year old baby. The location is also moderately close to the main attraction if you come by car.
