The staff were very friendly and helpful, the size of the room is nice compared to a lot of the tiny hotel rooms in Tokyo so that was helpful! Great area, super close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel is new, very nice and clean, with big rooms and all the necessary comfort. Very close to the train station, in a nice area, there are shops with everything you need. We also had a good breakfast. Very close to the hotel, on the other side of the railway, there is a stop for a luxury bus that connects the Haneda Aeroport to the hotel area.

the property location is good right next to a train line so easy to get in and out of the centre of Tokyo. the staff were very friendly, the accepted a delivery and kept it for us and were helpful allowing us to leave our bags before and after check in. Even with the language barrier they were more than happy to communicate with google translate and were very helpful and made us welcome. The furniture in the rooms needs updating, everything in there was very old and worn and was like going back on time, but the rooms were well equipped and clean.
