Plaza Beach Hotel is a home away especially for families. We enjoyed every bit of the stay and even made new friends. The staff were courteous and ready to help when required. I acknowledge the exceptional assistance by Frank and his colleague at the pool, Mr. Vald, Capt. Frank, Sharon and colleague at the bars, Mr. Wilfred organized a surprise birthday entertainment by staff for our daughter during diner on the first day, Barbra ensured our room was exceptionally clean and ready to assist.

I liked that the staff were friendly and nice. It was also nice to relax at the pool and the glass boat crew was nice. The food was ok, maybe a few more options would be nice.
