The hosts were extremely attentive checking us in, ordering tuk tuks to get us to and from the homestay and providing food and drink.
They were very accommodating about my nut and shellfish allergy too, which allowed me to have my first proper meal since arriving in Cambodia (surviving off super noodles and crisps...). Every meal brought to us was just astounding with my partner, who had been able to the local food, saying this was some of the best food he's had all trip! I would also agree with him, the flavours were carefully balanced and refreshing!
The homestay was wonderfully quiet too being in more rural Cambodia. Peter and Sreytoch recommended some really wonderful day trips in the area and had a great time with the floating pontoons out on a nearby lake to watch sunset!
The beds were very comfy, outdoor shower and toilet were to a really high standard and the grounds of the homestay were really beautiful.
Featuring mountain views, HaiVen Farm Homestay in Phumĭ Khŭn Réam features accommodations, a garden, and a terrace. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at the homestay free of charge.

The property is stunning, the pool is wonderful and the bungalows are spacious. Dinner was good and the staff were nice.
Nestled within private gardens, THE BEIGE offers tent-style accommodations away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap.

It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap. Staying at Beige was the best decision we made ever. The staff, the food, the view, and the elephants... everything was great. Special thanks to Molica!

Such a sweet family, running their upstairs room for business. I realized it was my mistake to choose this place when I got there. The neighbor was playing music so loud, and the toilet was downstairs with a showerhead over the toilet. No place to change/put clothes. No internet as he couldn’t afford until I pay. Cash payment only. I booked 3 nights and paid for it after changing money next day. I couldn’t sleep at all due to the loud music and karaoke during the first night. Couldn’t enjoy the sunrise and Ankor Wat due to the headache. I changed hotel next day and started enjoying my trip.
My honest opinion for this place: if you can sleep with loud music and don’t mind any toilet/shower you will be fine, but this place didn’t work for me.
Everyone knows about Siem Reap but not many people know...
Everyone knows about Siem Reap but not many people know about Banteay Srei which is a district there. It is about 20-30 minutes from Siem Reap city centre. Many natural and recreation places to visit there.
