Easy check in, attentive staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean, close to dining and convenience stores. We had an issue with our tv and the young woman working was so helpful trying to resolve it. She ultimately moved us to the room next store, ensured the tv worked, and even helped us transport our things between rooms. 15/10 customer service.

Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast buffet also very good. Reception staff very kind and helpful. Hotel easily accessible by subway. Surroundings offer large restaurant choices and bus stops in the proximity offer a nice alternative to visit the city. If i'm ever back to Daegu, I will not hesitate to book again.

The size and comfort of the beds were amazing! The bathroom was spacious, and the toilet was new. The bathtub was very big (even though unfortunately we couldn't use it), and they provided us with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel! They also provided us with instant coffee and tea bags, face toner and lotion, and hair care products as well as a hair dryer. The TV was a smart TV and it was huge, so it was really nice!

Chilgok came up when I was searching for hotels around daegu, but I didn't realize that it was two cities away. I really enjoyed my time in chilgok. I was happy to find some delicious Indian and Vietnamese food.
