The host Mdm Seo Ki Suk is very superb host. We had an amazing experience with her. Her customer service was top-notch.She came and pick up us at Gapyeong Station, sent us to grocery shop.When we arrived at this resort, she gave free upgrade our reservation to biggest room. The next day she pick up us two ways to Nami Island from her resort. On our last day, she help us again by sent us to Gapyeong Station. The rooms are very comfortable and have very nice views of the river. The BBQ and Campfire set up was an added bonus. The hotel is located in a very peaceful location. The rooms were very clean and the place has a very nice atmosphere.
