Great location with everything you need nearby walking distance (grocery shops, restaurants, coffee shops), or a short tuktuk ride away from downtown core. Room was extremely spacious, and provided enough space for all of our belongings and even had a kettle and cutlery. Everything was clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again when we are back in Colombo.

The staff was very fast working and helpful. Usually in Sri-Lanka people are working slow. The beds are comfortable. We arrived at 03:00 morning and departed 12:00, so they allowed us to stay extra hour for free. It was vary nice, because we were very tired. The breakfast is nice, they make a nice omlet western style, there is a choice what you can eat. Overall, i recommend to others to stay at the hotel .

Exceptional value and great location! The staff were excellent and very accommodating and so friendly - with a free late check out (2pm). Rooms were clean and love the fact they are actively working to reduce the use of single plastics. Will defo be coming back for my next trip to Colombo!
