I'm so excited to share my experiences about the coconut camp The accommodation was so clean and modern. As well as the super cool glamping tent, there was a lovely little terrace where you could chill. The owner was so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast and dinner were simply mouth-watering! We also booked a safari through the accommodation, which was an absolute dream!

Peaceful, clean , modern and the two staff members who worked there went above and beyond. It is the holy month of Ramadan so we are fasting. Both gentlemen were so accommodating to our request of having breakfast before sunrise.

Wow what a place! I wish we had longer! Ishan and all of his lovely staff absolutely bent over backwards to look after us. From initial contact he sorted me out a driver to get us there and on to our next place (Hemantha - who may I add is the best guide we’ve had in Sri Lanka and is amazing) and he sorted out our safari too which was an incredible day! When we arrived he was so helpful and helped us replan our next day to add in the elephant orphanage. Both the safari and orphanage are only up the road too - and you’ll see wild elephants driving up to the hotel. There are only 4/5 rooms so it was so peaceful, and each of them have total privacy and separate entrances. The room was clean and comfortable with a massive bathroom and lovely outside area. Lovely little touches like having mosquito spray for us in the rooms which was perfect as I’d forgotten mine. The pool is amazing, and so warm! As it’s a small resort we always had the pool to ourselves which was lovely. Food was delicious, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were amazing. The best banana split I have ever had in my life too! I wasn’t expecting much for the price but I was so pleasantly surprised and wish we had longer to stay. We will definitely be back. Book this place - you will not regret it! Incredible value for money and a beautiful place.

We booked Walawa Reach for one night as it was really close to the entrance of the safari. There are two rooms and we booked both. The rooms are incredibly clean. They are basic but comfortable and did us perfectly for one night. The pool area was a bonus for our kids, it was warm and very clean. They rated it the best pool out of our trip. The family who run the guest houses are lovely, it was their new year holidays whilst we were there and despite having their own family there for the celebrations, they could not do enough for us, we were collected at 5.30am for our safari and they were already up with a breakfast packed and ready. They stored our luggage until our return and were happy for the kids to use the pool again and us use one of the rooms until our driver collected us again to move on. For the price I could not have booked better, excellent value!

The staff were lovely. The pool was the most clean and nicest we have been in. It was very peaceful. The rooms were very modern and clean. They were very attentive and able to make changes to meals for dietary reasons. Would recommend 10/10.
