We spent two nights at the Top Mountain Resort and enjoyed great service. We started by looking at the rooms and then choosing our favourite. We opted for the Family Suite (wooden cabana with balcony). The manager had honestly pointed out to us that these are the older cabanas and that, due to the way they are built, you have to expect animal visitors from time to time (ants, beetles). This was not a problem for us and we felt very comfortable. However, there are also newer rooms where this is not the case. We loved the view and the huge balcony. The service was unique. We could decide whether we wanted to eat in the room or in the restaurant and tried both. The prices for the food are super fair and the food is delicious and plentiful. We saw lots of birds and really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in Green Valley was memorable. It's close to Haputale and the main attractions and waterfalls. There is a bus stand just right in front of the hotel. There are nice and affordable rooms in the jungle. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. The food was awesome as well.

The view from hotel is excellent ,also walkable distance to train station . If we travelling to Pattipola or Badulla side its easy location. We can travel by train.If we gone there by car it can park in hotel and then we can travel by train also.Haputhale town is very near ,we can buy our needs there.Rcommnded for nature lovers .Thanks for hotel owner and his wife.
