Do not hesitate, book ! Amazing hotel with staff who go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This was ideal last night before our flight. When we return to Sri Lanka we will make this our first stop as well as our last! We felt like genuine princesses and the tour of the spice garden was a wonderful addition to the stay too. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Everything was very clean and well thought out. Wonderful pool and to top it off, the best rice and curry of our 3 week trip!

What a fantastic place to stay for the first night of our holiday. It's a little oasis of calm with fantastic (huge) rooms that were better in person than on the website. The pool is lovely with so much wildlife, the food is great and the service is perfect. We stayed in an interconnecting family room - highly recommended.

The garden was amazing and the design of the place was great but we literally couldn't sleep because the guests above us woke up around 5am and we could hear their every step like if they walk in your room. There are just wooden planks between Ground and 1st floor in the house, so never book this room if you don't rent the whole house.
Another thing was check-in: after a long evening flight, the most welcoming thing you can receive is just a prompt check-in. We stayed at the reception for roughly 20 minutes, having small talks with the host, who was lovely and friendly, but we would enjoy the discussion much more after a small rest.
