First of all special thanks to the staff for booking the room as requested by us. The place located in a very quiet area. Room, washrooms, sheets, towels are very clean. Air conditioned king size bedroom with comfortable bed and Satalite TV & Hot Water. The main city can be reached in 5 minutes. Uber/Pickme services are available. Has a friendly staff. A+ Highly appreciated and highly recommended to lodgers.

Location is excellent. Beware of inner rooms. Loud Aircon, smells. Avoid room 103. Despite high price of room, that does not get you away from the inner windowless rooms. Insist on a room with a balcony. We switched after first night and then could sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights at a stretch and then two single nights within a week. It is a lovely, very comfortable hotel with Scandinavian-style furniture, creating a perfect balance for a relaxed stay when you travel for vacation or work.  It is in the heart of Kandy city, offering a spectacular lake view. Both the managers on duty and the staff were very friendly and helpful. During my third visit, they upgraded me to a suite without additional charge. The price is reasonable, and I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel in Kandy.

Great venue with very nice finishings. The room was very nice, it was a bit loud but this is everywhere in kandy! Highly recommend. Staff was also very helpful.

When I Booked on Booking.com,the description did not match the actual room I received upon checking in instead of a pleasant viwe.I saw unattractive roofs tops everywhere .I urge you to provide accurate descriptions. My time and money were wasted and I will never go back to Mahaweli Reach Hotel .The Entrance was very dark and although the staff was friendly ,they were Powerless to Help..please provide accurate information and pictures on the website .

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations ,Great Staff .very clean good location ,restaurant makes lovely dinner and breakfast .rooms are very comfortable and clean.
