Nice place, Quite a lot going on and some good shopping and eating, although as this is a main tourist area expect to pay more. . Definitely worth a visit. Lots to do . Although we later moved on to Hikkaduwa which was even better. "I had a wonderful stay at Coastal Villa Mirissa! The villa is nestled in the beautiful tourist city of Mirissa, making it the perfect location for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch—always friendly and attentive. I also highly recommend trying the Sri Lankan food offered here; it was absolutely delicious and a true highlight of my stay. The room was beautiful and offered a stunning view on the beach. The owner's kindness was incredible, and we adored the house cat, Ruby. Breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the convenience of having our clothes washed and dried. Despite the fact that we were leaving the hotel very early (at 5 AM), the owner personally said goodbye to us.
